Shipping Policy

Plain answers on what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes sideways.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $4.99 on every order. Spend $100 or more and shipping is free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order's in, and a second email with tracking the moment it ships.

Delivery time

Once it's on its way, allow 7–12 business days for delivery. Most orders land toward the earlier end of that; the window leaves room for the odd slow patch so we're not promising a best case we can't always hit.

Processing and delivery are separate. All in, expect roughly 8–14 business days from placing your order to it arriving.

Business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend starts processing on the Monday.

Tracking your order

Your shipping email includes a tracking link. Carriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan, so if the link looks empty at first, give it a day before worrying.

Changing your address

Spotted a typo in your address? Email hello@arthur-pembroke.com with your order number as soon as you can. We can update it right up until the order ships. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it, so speed matters here.

Delays

Occasionally weather, carrier backlogs or holiday volume push a delivery past the window. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, get in touch and we'll chase it with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but it's nowhere to be found, email us within 7 days with your order number and (for damage) a couple of photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — you won't be left out of pocket for something that happened in the post.
